66. Silva Lima

Silva Lima,    natural de São João da Madeira, possui o Bacharelato em História pela Faculdade de Letras da
Universidade do Porto.
Desde cedo demonstrou interesse e aptidão para a Arte, tendo, ao longo dos anos, desenvolvido novas técnicas, refinando e firmando a sua vocação.

Em 2004/2005, na Cooperativa Árvore (da qual é sócia) frequentou o “Curso Livre de Cerâmica” sob orientação do ceramista João Carqueijeiro. Também promovida pela Cooperativa Árvore, participou na exposição colectiva de cerâmica “Uma viagem da Terra pelo Fogo” - 2005.
Participou na Exposição Colectiva de Pintura - Comemorativa dos 70 anos da Maternidade Júlio Dinis.
Participou numa Exposição Colectiva de Pintura na Franchini’s Galeria (Porto), onde em Abril de 2009 teve a primeira aparição individual, com a exposição intitulada “Palavras”.
Participou na XXIV Exposição Colectiva de Pintura, promovida pela Cooperativa Árvore, de Julho a Agosto de 2009.
Em Julho de 2010, participou na Exposição Colectiva na Galeria de Arte AP’ARTE, com as Obras intituladas “Opacidade Iluminada” e
“Entendimento Absoluto”.
Participou na Exposição Colectiva Fozarte 2011, de Homenagem a Carlos Lança, juntamente com 25 artistas de renome, promovida pela Galeria de Arte AP’ARTE, que decorreu de 4 de Junho a 2 de Julho de 2011.
A sua arte vem sendo acompanhada pela crítica, tendo destaque em diversas publicações.
Actualmente desenvolve a actividade artística no seu próprio atelier de pintura, dando especial atenção aos ensinamentos do Mestre Artur
Terra. Vive e trabalha no Porto.

She was born in S. João da Madeira and has a B.A. in History taken in the Humanities Faculty of the University of Oporto. She has always shown interest and skills in arts and has acquired new techniques during her life, refining and firming her vocation.
In 2004/05 she attended the “Curso Livre de Cerâmica (Course of Ceramics, free style), in Cooperativa Arte (where she is a member), under the supervision of the ceramics artist João Carqueijeiro.

She has taken part in the joint exhibition of ceramics “ UmaViagem da Terra peloFogo” (A Journey through Earth by Fire), also promoted by
Cooperativa Arte. - 2005

She took part in the joint painting exhibition – Celebration of 70 years of the maternity Julio Dinis.

She took part in the joint painting exhibition in Franchini´s Galery (Oporto), where she showed individually for the first time in April, 2009 with the exhibition “Words”.
She took part in the XXIV joint painting exhibition , promoted by CooperativaÁrvore, from July to August in 2009.

In July 2010 she took part in the joint exhibition in the Art Galery AP´ARTE, with the works “Enlightened Opacity” and “Complete Understanding”. From June 4th to July 2nd ,together with 25 renown artists, she took part in the Joint Exhibition Fozarte 2011, promoted by the gallery of art AP´ARTE, honoring Carlos Lança.
Her art has been followed by the critics and has been highlighted in several publications. Nowadays she creates in her own art under the observation of her mentor Artur Terra.
